Service Conditions

1. Scope

This document describes the conditions and limitations that apply when customers use the Aflowbiz enterprise AI operating system at aflowbiz.com, provided by CÔNG TY TNHH PHẦN MỀM OCTO.

2. Eligibility and usage conditions

The service is intended for enterprise organizations and individuals with full legal capacity.
Users under 16 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Customers must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for keeping their accounts secure.

3. Plan-level limitations

Available features depend on the plan tier (Free–Enterprise) the customer subscribes to:

4. Geographic and language limitations

The service is provided online. Some features, payment methods, or support content may differ by region and language. Aflowbiz may restrict service availability in jurisdictions where provision is prohibited by law.

5. Prohibited conduct

Using the service for purposes that violate applicable law or international agreements.
Infringing intellectual property rights or the lawful rights and interests of third parties.
Intruding, scanning, overloading, damaging the system, or distributing malware.
Unauthorized access to accounts or data of others; fraud or deception.

6. Sanctions for violations

Depending on severity, Aflowbiz may issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate an account without refund for serious violations, and seek compensation or refer the matter to the competent authority under applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Aflowbiz strives to maintain stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to objective factors such as infrastructure failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party incidents. Customers are responsible for the content they create and the decisions they make using the service output.
