Aflowbiz offers access to its own online AI software service through a Free plan and paid subscription tiers. The public website does not present a third-party seller marketplace, so seller-account fees do not apply unless that business model is actually enabled.
Plan features and prices are shown on the Pricing page and in the Pricing policy linked below. Any fee is displayed clearly before the customer confirms payment: the checkout summary itemises the selected plan and the number of users, the amount due today, the recurring monthly amount and the VAT note. Enterprise prices are agreed in writing before any charge.
Prices are shown in US dollars, per user per month. The recurring fee of a fixed-price subscription is the plan price per user multiplied by the number of chargeable users in the billing period, subject to the final amount confirmed at checkout. Monthly billing carries no platform setup fee and no minimum seat commitment. A paid plan may instead be bought prepaid for a fixed term, paid in one bank transfer before the term starts; that option and its discount are set out in the Pricing policy, which governs those purchases.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT. Vietnamese VAT (10%) is added at invoicing where required by law, and a compliant e-invoice is issued for every paid transaction.
Aflowbiz is provided digitally and involves no physical shipment, so no shipping charge applies.
Any extra amount, including a payment-provider or currency-conversion charge (if any) and the cost of optional add-ons, is identified at or before checkout and is never imposed as an undisclosed fee.
On paid plans, AI requests beyond the monthly allowance included in the plan may be bought as prepaid credit top-ups at provider cost plus a 30% platform fee. No AI charge arises outside a top-up the customer has made. The allowance and the top-up terms are set out in the Pricing policy.
Before a user confirms an order, Aflowbiz shows the checkout summary described in section 1. Any promotional discount is published with specific terms and duration, in compliance with applicable law.
Aflowbiz notifies active customers at least 30 days in advance, by email or in-app notice, before changing its subscription prices, and applies a change from the following billing period rather than to a period already paid.
No third-party seller listing or seller-account fee exists in the current service model. If a marketplace function for independent sellers is introduced, Aflowbiz will first publish a separate seller-facing schedule covering any fee to open or maintain a seller account, order-processing fees and other seller services, the formula or basis for each fee, and its effective date.
Changes to such seller-service fees will be made public on the platform at least 20 days before they take effect. This seller-specific notice period is separate from the customer subscription-price notice in section 5.
