Aflowbiz supplies digitally accessible software services, not physical merchandise. Account access is made available online once registration is complete, the applicable conditions are accepted and, for paid plans, payment succeeds or an Enterprise agreement is in place.
Subscriptions run on a monthly billing basis where a monthly plan is selected. There is no physical collection or delivery schedule. Online access may be unavailable during announced maintenance, incidents, supplier outages, security interventions or force majeure.
The service is designed for remote access where lawful and technically supported. The availability of particular tools, integrations, AI models, language resources, billing options or payment methods may vary by country or territory. The service is not provided in jurisdictions where its provision or use would breach applicable restrictions.
There is no physical shipping or geographic delivery zone for the standard software subscription. Enterprise onsite or location-specific work, if offered, requires a separate written agreement.
Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. As the Service Conditions state, users under 16 need the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Customers comply with applicable law, plan permissions, workspace roles and usage controls.
Access may be restricted or suspended in cases of security threats, confirmed misuse, valid official orders or outstanding charges, subject to the Terms and applicable law.
Seat limits per plan are listed in the table below. Monthly AI request entitlements and included modules vary by plan and are published on the Pricing page.
| Plan | Seats |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 |
| Team | 15 |
| Business | 50 |
| Business Plus | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
Usage beyond a plan's allowance may require a paid plan, prepaid AI credits or an Enterprise arrangement. Where an executed agreement or the checkout shows different limits, the transaction conditions disclosed there apply, subject to mandatory law.
Aflowbiz works to keep the service stable but does not represent that every feature stays available without interruption. Routine maintenance, security upgrades, internet failure, third-party cloud or AI-provider outages and unforeseen force majeure may interrupt or limit functionality. Where feasible, affected customers are told through in-app messages, support channels or the public status page.
Browser or device compatibility, third-party API access and permitted integrations may affect specific workflows. Customers should consult the documentation and the plan page before buying or deploying a critical workflow.
Material conditions are communicated visibly before they take effect, and the applicable contract and statutory notice requirements are observed. This document adds transparency and revokes no existing service condition.
This disclosure supplements, and does not replace, the existing Aflowbiz pages listed below. Mandatory consumer and data protection law prevails to the extent applicable.
