Aflowbiz publicly offers a direct subscription to its online AI software service, including the Free, Team, Business, Business Plus and Enterprise plans. In this document the “Platform Operator” is the legally responsible operator of Aflowbiz and the “Customer” is a user or organization acquiring access.
The public website does not currently present a third-party marketplace for goods or services. Section 4 describes seller obligations only if independent third-party sellers are actually admitted to Aflowbiz in the future; publishing this section does not itself authorize or activate that business model.
The Platform Operator publishes, applies and administers transparent platform operation and transaction conditions, together with service standards and participation procedures. It may collect disclosed subscription and usage charges in accordance with the published Pricing Policy and the information shown at checkout.
Before an order, the Platform Operator displays or summarizes any applicable promotion and its key conditions. It takes reasonable measures for safe and stable platform operation, maintains safeguards for user and business confidentiality, and provides channels for requests, feedback and complaints.
The Platform Operator may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited conduct, fraud, non-payment, security threats, material contract breaches or valid legal directions, subject to applicable law, proportionality and any required notice. It monitors and acts on suspected unlawful conduct and cooperates with lawful information or data requests from competent authorities.
Where access is limited, the Platform Operator informs the user of the reason and the available review channel, unless that is legally prohibited or an urgent security action makes notice inappropriate.
Customers are entitled to clear, accurate information about subscription scope, available features, supplier identity, price, taxes, payment and delivery, and to the privacy and consumer protections that apply under law. They may choose from the supported plans and payment methods and submit support, privacy and billing complaints for review.
Customers provide accurate account and billing information; pay agreed charges on time; comply with the service conditions and legal requirements; secure their account credentials; and refrain from unauthorized access, prohibited content, misuse of AI tools or other unlawful activity.
Customers keep the rights they hold over their own uploaded data under the Terms and the Privacy Policy, and should obtain the necessary rights or consents before supplying third-party information.
Only if Aflowbiz later enables a third-party merchant or seller service, a participating seller is permitted, under disclosed rules and contracts, to register, maintain, pause or terminate a seller account, choose lawful offerings and prices, use the relevant tools and transaction records, and expect timely payment and complaint handling.
Such sellers must disclose correct identities and offering information; honor delivery, quality, warranty, cancellation and refund obligations; comply with tax and consumer protection law; protect buyer data; and never list unlawful, counterfeit or infringing offerings. The Platform Operator will publish concrete seller onboarding, fee, identity-verification and dispute rules before enabling such a feature.
For the current first-party subscriptions, Aflowbiz itself is the service provider; there is no separate third-party seller acting in the checkout transaction.
Account eligibility, prohibited use, fees, plan limits and cancellation are described in the existing Terms, Pricing Policy, Service Conditions and Refund Policy. This document is to be read together with those policies.
This disclosure supplements, and does not replace, the existing Aflowbiz pages listed below. Mandatory consumer and data protection law prevails to the extent applicable.
