This document explains how a customer ends a Aflowbiz service or stops a subscription renewal, and how refund requests are processed. It supplements the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Payment Policy, and does not on its own introduce any refund eligibility beyond what the law requires.
Stopping future renewal and requesting immediate termination of contractual access are different actions. Any right that cannot lawfully be excluded remains available.
Customer cancellation or non-renewal; expiry of a fixed Enterprise contract; mutual agreement; material breach; fraudulent or prohibited activity; serious account or data security risk; non-payment; a valid official requirement; and discontinuation of a service in accordance with the governing terms and applicable law.
When a service ends, access and billing are adjusted according to the effective termination date and the applicable agreement. The customer remains responsible for fees lawfully incurred before that date. Data handling, retention and deletion follow the published Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Step 1. The customer may stop renewal through the cancellation control in Account settings, or send a cancellation or termination request from the account’s registered email to aws@aflowbiz.com or through in-app Support.
Step 2. Include the account, the plan, the action wanted (stop renewal or request immediate termination) and any relevant reason, and provide additional identity verification if necessary.
Step 3. Aflowbiz records the notice, checks account authority and outstanding orders or amounts, and confirms the effective date, the remaining access, the future-billing status and any refundable balance.
Step 4. If the customer disputes a decision, the matter can be escalated through the Complaint Handling process.
For the standard monthly subscription, stopping automatic renewal takes effect when the cancellation instruction is recorded. Unless a mandatory right or a specifically agreed early termination applies, paid access remains available until the end of the billing period already paid, after which the subscription ends and no further renewal fee is charged.
A separately requested termination of the service contract takes effect on the effective date clearly communicated for that request and agreement. Where no effective date is clearly disclosed for a customer-initiated termination, the date of the customer’s notice is the statutory default. Any fees are determined consistently with mandatory law and the signed contract, not by an undisclosed new charge.
We apply the response targets published on the Complaint Handling page to complete cancellation requests, and we tell the customer about any delay. Acknowledgement and start of verification: Within 60 minutes of receiving complete information. Reply after verification: No more than 120 minutes. Billing matters: No more than 3 business days.
Support channels: in-app Support, aws@aflowbiz.com and the Complaint handling page linked below. Customers should keep their submission acknowledgment and cancellation reference.
The Refund Policy states that paid subscription charges and prepaid AI credits are generally non-refundable, with a correction for duplicated or incorrect charges and for a paid service that could not be delivered because of an unresolved Aflowbiz-side failure. This is subject to any mandatory consumer refund right or contractual right.
Where a refund or price adjustment is established: We review each request and aim to respond within 3 business days. A confirmed difference is returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We confirm the eligible amount, the currency and the processing reference to the customer.
Customers should check the current Refund Policy and the refund terms shown before purchase.
Send billing or cancellation concerns to aws@aflowbiz.com or through in-app Support. If a matter remains unresolved, the customer may seek further review or approach a competent authority under applicable law.
This disclosure supplements, and does not replace, the existing Aflowbiz pages listed below. Mandatory consumer and data protection law prevails to the extent applicable.
